Kindness changes everything

Kindness is defined as acts of care and consideration towards others, without expecting anything in return. True kindness benefits both the person extending the act as well as the person receiving it. However, it may be one of the most underestimated behaviors among human beings.

Being kind takes little effort. It’s free, enhances connections, creates positivity in relationships, and makes us feel happier. It also makes us smile and evokes instant joy.

And here is a little secret: Even when we fake a smile, our body releases ‘happy’ hormones. Ever notice how a smile can be contagious? It’s a win-win situation.

Kindness changes everything.

So why not practice a little kindness each day?

It’s good for your health and wellbeing.
