Joining a Clinical Trial

During the medical journey, you may meet different treatment-related crossroads. As the medical world advances, new options arise.

Clinical trial treatments serve as one of these options, at times the only one.

So, how does one know which path is to be taken?

There is no simple answer. The truth is that the answer is intertwined with several parameters.

They include the potential risks & benefits of both the investigational drug and other available treatments, your medical history, characteristics of specific cancer you are diagnosed with, etc.

Thus, participation in a clinical trial should be considered at each milestone when a new cancer treatment line is required, considering the different and specific aspects of the medical background.
