Cry Baby

Crying connects people, evokes an empathetic and compassionate response, allows and invites support.

Even newborn babies make their first announcement to the world with a cry.

While some people cry more than others, it is important to accept that crying is a natural way to process emotional responses.

Be it grief, pain, frustration, anger, joy, or excitement, allowing the tears to flow and having a good cry can have health benefits and help to restore an emotional balance.

Crying is simply the way to let others around you know you need a little support.

So, be kind to yourself.

If you feel like having a good cry, allow yourself to cry.

However, it is also important to note that if you find that you’re crying very often or that your tears interfere with your life, it might be a good idea to check in with your doctor.
